Sacred to the memory of Thomas COLLINS Esq. Late Lieutenant in the 2nd Queens Dragoon Guards in which corps he served for a long period of thirty seven years, the last twenty years he was Lieut. Adjutant to the Regiment, who died September 15th 1827 aged 52 years.
