This is the last Will and Testament

Samuel Prankerd of Wyke in the county of Dorset
Mariner I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary Ann all my
household goods and furniture plate linen china glass and other
household effects of whatever nature or description absolutely All the
rest residue and remainder of my property of whatever nature or description
I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife Mary Ann and William
Harvey of Bridport in the said county of Dorset hereinafter called "my
Trustees" Upon trust at their discretion to invest such part thereof as shall
consist of money and pay the income to my wife for her life. And
Upon further trust to permit my said wife to occupy and enjoy or
receive the rents profits and income of all my property which shall
not consist of money for and during the term of her natural life
And after the death of my said wife Upon trust to sell such part of
my property as shall not consist of money and after payment of the expenses
of such sale to divide the whole of my property equally between and
amongst all my children which shall be living at the decease of my
said wife and the issue of any child who may be dead such issue to
take if more than one equally between them the share which his
or her or their parent would have taken if living. And I hereby declare
that the share of any beneficiary under this my Will shall vest in
them at the age of twenty one years. And I hereby appoint my
said wife and the said William Harvey Trustees and Executors of
this my Will. In witness whereof I the said Samuel Prankerd the
Testator have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of September
