This is the last Will and Testament of me George FFILLITER of Wareham in the County of Dorset Gentleman made and published this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and five that is to say I will that my just Debts and ffuneral Expences be in the first place paid and discharged I desire to be buried in the parish Church Yard of Lady Saint Mary Wareham in as plain and decent a manner as possible no Pall Bearers and no Gloves or Hatbands except to the Church and Dissenting Clergymen the Two Surgeons the Two Attornies and Mr CHRISTIE with Gloves to the Wives of such as are Married a pair of Gloves and five Shillings each to the Men who carry me to the Grave my Coffin to be similar to my late Wife's and placed next to hers

I Give and Devise all that my Meadow next the North River of Wareham and all that my plott called Walkers Well Plott near the North Turnpike Gate of Wareham also in my occupation and all that my Garden near the North Walls called Mallards in the occupation of John STEVENS and also all and singular my ffreehold Rights of Common or Seven Sealed Commons in Wareham Common unto my dearly affectionate and truly dutiful Children and Daughters Mary FFILLITER and Ann Hussey FFILLITER To hold unto them my said dear Children Mary and Ann Hussey their Heirs and Assigns for ever

Also I Give and bequeath all that my Dwelling House in Wareham aforesaid in which I now dwell with the Outhouses Gardens Stables Premises and Appurts thereto belonging or adjoining also in my occupation and all that my Leasehold Tenements with its Appurts situate at Bradle in the occupation of Mr NINEHAM unto my said Dear and Affectionate Children Mary FFILLITER and Ann Hussey FFILLITER To hold unto them my said Dear Children Mary and Ann Hussey their Executors Admons and Assigns for and during all the Residue and Remainder of the several and respective Terms to come therein at my decease and as for and concerning all and singular my Household Goods and ffurniture Plate Linen China Monies Securities for Money Debts and all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever or wheresoever or of what nature or kind soever I Give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said dearly beloved and dutiful Children and Daughters Mary FFILLITER and Ann Hussey FFILLITER their Heirs Executors Admons and Assigns for ever and I hereby recommend and advise my said Dear Daughters to sell and dispose of the whole or such part of the ffreehold Leasehold or other property hereinbefore given and devised them as soon after my decease as they may think proper or be recommended to and put and place the Monies arising therefrom in the ffunds or on good Private Security for their own benefit and advantage

Lastly I do make and appoint them my said kind and dear Daughters Mary FFILLITER and Ann Hussey FFILLITER Joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be and contain my whole last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first written Geo FFILLITER
