This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth BRADBURY of the parish of Haselbury Bryan, in the County of Dorset, at present residing at Thatcham in the County of Berkshire, widow.
Ffirst, I appoint my son Robert BRADBURY of Thatcham, sole Executor of this my Will.
I give and bequeath to him my property in the funds -- the -- annuities producing me six pounds a year, upon trust to divide the dividends equally as they are paid, between my three sons, William BRADBURY, the said Robert BRADBURY and George BRADBURY, for their own benefit but in case either of my three sons shall not continue to pay till my death his quarterly allowance towards my support as now to be contributed by each of them that is, William one pound, George 13/0 and Robert 13/-, then his interest in such dividend shall be forfeited and paid to whichever of the others shall have made it up to me.
And I give and bequeath all my monies and property, subject only to the payment of my debts and funeral expense and expenses of proving my Will to my daughter, Jane PARSONS for her own use.
I declare this to be my Will and testimony thereof have set my hand there, this 15th day of April 1846.

The writing on this sheet in being first read to the said E.B was signed by her as her Will in the presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other, have signed our names thereto as witnesses.

On the 4th day of May 1849 Admon with the Will annexed of the goods, chattels and credits of Elizabeth BRADBURY formerly of Bolton Yard, Mayfair in the County of Middlesex but late of the parish of Haselbury Bryan in the County of Dorset, widow deceased, was granted to Jane PARSONS (wife of Henry PARSONS) the daughter, the Residuary Legatee named in the said Will, having been first sworn, duly to Administer. Robert BRADBURY the son, the sole Executor, survived but died without having taken upon himself the probate and execution of the said Will. |
