Being that part of the Parish of Fordington, bounded on the North by the Parish of Charminster, on the South by Winterbourne Monckton, on the East by the Parish of Holy Trinity Dorchester, and on the West by Bradford Peverell - Contents : Comprising all such parts of the Parish of Fordington as lie to the West of the Turnpike Road, leading from Charminster through the town of Dorchester to Weymouth, including the Junction Hotel, The Great Western Hotel, Grove House, Hamilton Row, Grove Buildings, and Miller's Close, Northenhay, The Great Western Railway Station, Cornwall Road, Maumbury Road, and Great Western Terrace, Temple Terrace, St Helen's Road, Bridport Terrace and Sydney Terraceas far as and including No. 20 all being within the Municipal Borough of Dorchester, and part of the Eccesiastical Parish of Christchurch West Fordington - Also the Steam Laundry, the Dorchester Waterworks, and the cottages thereon, Castle Farm, and the cottages thereon, The Union Workhouse Sydney Terrace and Prospect Terrace all being outside the boundary of the Municipal Borough of Dorchester and forming part of the Rural Sanitary District of Dorchester and part of the Eccesiastical parish of Christchurch West Fordington - Also Whitewell Farm incudingincluding Farm House and cottages being part detatched from the Parish of Holy Trinity Dorchester and amalgamated with Fordington and being outside the Boundary of the Municipal Borough of Dorchester and forming partr of the Rural Sanitary District of Dorchester and part of the Eccesiastical Parish of the Holy Trinity Dorchester - The? whose being within the Parliamentary Division of South Dorset
