This is the Last will and Testament of me Charles CHRISTOPHER of Tadden in the Parish of Pamphill in the County of Dorset Estate labourer.

Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Fanny Jane CHRISTOPHER all my money household furniture goods chattels and effects and all and everything else that I may die possessed of for her own absolute use and benefit she paying thereout all my just debts and funeral expenses.

And: I appoint her the said Elizabeth Fanny Jane CHRISTOPHER sole executrix of this my Will.

Lastly: revoking all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my Last and only Will.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 26th day of October One Thousand nine hundred and nine.

Genealogical Notes:-
1. Charles CHRISTOPHER was baptised 7th Oct 1841 in Lytchett Minster Dorset the last of thirteen children of William CHRISTOPHER & Isabella STICKLAND

2. Charles married 15th July 1865 in Lytchett Minster to Elizabeth Fanny Jane PHILLIPS (Bap 29th June 1841 wareham) the daughter of Francis and Emily PHILLIPS

3. They had 12 childrenb between 1865 and 1886

4. Charles CHRISTOPHER died on 10th january 1910 at Tadden in the Parish of Pamphill Dorset and left an estate of £198.9s9d Elizabeth died 10th April 1914.
